About these terms

XAgents is operated by Vaiditya Tanwar, an individual based in India (“XAgents”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use xagents.in, join the waitlist or take part in the private beta. By doing any of those, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or join the waitlist.

Who can use XAgents

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use XAgents on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee access to XAgents, a particular date, or a particular price. We invite people in our own order and may close the waitlist at any time. You can leave whenever you like by emailing us. Please give accurate details, and only sign up with an email address you control.

The private beta

The private beta is early software. It may have bugs, change without notice, lose data or stop working, and features may be added or removed. Keep your own backups and review what agents do. If you join the beta, we may ask you to accept additional beta terms in the app; where they conflict with these terms, the beta terms apply to the app. Please don’t share invite links, builds or access with others.

Your Claude and other provider accounts

XAgents works with your own accounts at model providers such as Anthropic (Claude). Your use of those accounts is governed by their terms, and their usage limits and charges still apply. You are responsible for your provider accounts and any costs. XAgents is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or any other provider. Claude, Claude Code, Cursor and other product names are trademarks of their owners.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• sign up with automated tools, false details, or someone else’s email address;
• try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of the site, the waitlist or the beta;
• copy, resell or redistribute the beta, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
• use XAgents to break the law, infringe other people’s rights, or violate your model provider’s policies;
• use XAgents to harm others, or to build malware or spam.

Your work stays yours

The XAgents app runs on your Mac. The code, files, prompts and other work you create with it stay yours. The app will explain how it handles your data before you use it.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve XAgents without owing you anything. We’re grateful for it.

Our intellectual property

XAgents, its name and logo, this website and the app belong to us or our licensors. During the beta we give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own work. Open-source parts, such as the fonts on this website, come with their own licences.

Disclaimers

XAgents and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. AI agents can make mistakes, including mistakes that change files or run commands. You are responsible for reviewing their work and for what you approve.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, XAgents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the website, the waitlist or the beta is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for XAgents in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

Suspension and ending

We may remove you from the waitlist or end your beta access if you break these terms, or if we need to in order to protect XAgents or other people. You can stop using XAgents and ask us to remove your details at any time. Sections meant to continue after these terms end, such as the disclaimers and limitation of liability, will continue.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would rather talk first: email us, and we will try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. If you live in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of your local mandatory consumer laws and can bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as XAgents grows. We will change the effective date at the top and, for significant changes, email people on the waitlist or in the beta before the changes take effect. If you keep using XAgents after that, the new terms apply.
